摘要
本文通过心机械图(MCG)检测50例心肌病患者(DCM35例、HCM15例)的心功能。心肌病的心功能较对照组(52例)明显异常,DCM 主要为收缩功能异常,HCM 则以舒张功能改变为著。DCM 与 HCM 之间的差异非常显著。
Myocardial functin of patients with cardiomyopathy (35 dilated cardiomy opathyDCM,15 hypertrophic cardiomyopathy HCM)were compared to those in 52 normal subjects by mechanocardiogram (MCG).There is a significant difference between DCM and HCM,the systolic function was serious abnormality in DCM and the diastolic dysfunction was abvious in HCM.
