摘要
本文收集99例儿童生殖细胞肿瘤.男性37例,女性62例。良性52例(52.5%).恶性47例(47.5%)。肿瘤发生部位。性腺内51例,其中睾丸24例,卵巢27例,而睾丸中恶性占87.5%.卵巢中良性占66.7%。性腺外48例(48.5%).发生于骶尾部者41例<良性26例(63.4%),恶性15例(38.6%)>。发病高峰年龄存3岁以前(58.6%)。结果表明生殖细胞源性肿瘤是危及儿童健康的常见肿瘤之一。其恶性比例高于成人,预后极差。
In this Paper,99 cases of the germ cell tumors with patholo- gical examination in children were analysed.Of these tumors 52 (52.5%) were benign and 47(47.5) were malignant;37 cases were male and 62 female. Tumors located in the gonades in 51 cases including 24 cases in testes and 27 in ovaties,and outside the gonades in 48 cases in which 41 tumors located in saerocoeeygal region (63.4% benign and 36.5% malignant).The incidonce of malignant gorm cell tumors of testes and that of the benign tumor of ovaries were 87.5% and 66.7% respectively.The most patieats were seen before 3 year old (58.6%).The data in this paper showed that the germ cell tumor in or oatside the gonad glaud were one of the common tumors in childrea andongered their health.The malignant ratio was higher than that in adults and its prognosis was retatively.
