摘要
本文对89例老年脑萎缩(CT 证实)作脑电图分析发现脑萎缩伴痴呆患者与脑萎缩伴痴呆与 CT 还有其它脑血管病异常影像患者之脑电图异常率、波形调节差与睁眼抑制反应减弱之百分率均显著高于单纯脑萎缩患者。此外,痴呆患者的α波慢化与慢波增多之百分率也都显著高于非痴呆者,提示痴呆患者脑功能发生退变。
The results of EEG study was carried out in 89 cases of elder cerebral- atrophy (identified by CT) suggested that the percentage of abnormal rate of EEG,the difference of wave regulating and decrease of inhibition of opening eyes in cases of cerebralatrophy with dementia and cases of cerebralatrophy with dementia as well as other abnormal pictures on cerebral vascular disease (identified by CT) was much higher than that of simple cerebralatrophy.In addition,the percentage of the slowness on alpha wave and increase of slow wave in patients with dementia was also markedly heigher than that of without dementia.That meaned the degeneration of cerebral function in dementia cases.
