摘要
本文报告一种新的治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎药物病毒净,是精制的穿心莲内脂滴眼剂,经前瞻、双盲、随机,对照研究,治疗组80例。设环胞苷对照组70例,观察2～8周,两组分型的基本治愈率比较:实质型:环胞苷组25.8%,病毒净组65%(P<0.05);溃疡型:环胞甘组41%.病毒净组73%(P<0.01)。本品优于环胞苷。本品刺激实验、细胞毒力实验均为阴性;灭活试验对单纯疤疹病毒Ⅰ型及腺病毒7型自灭活作用。
A new eyedrops prepared with andrographis paniculate was used on the treatment of simplex herpetic keratitis.A prospective.double blind, randomized controltsudy was erriedout The treatment group were 80 cases with 0.5% andrographis paniculate,and control group were 70 cases with cyelocytidine eyedrops.In the following up period of 8-19 weeks the cure rate in stromal keratitis is 25.8% in the control group and 65% (P<0.05) in the treatment group5 The rate in ulcerative kerat-itis is 41% in control group and 73% (P<0.01) in treatment group.The results demostrated that andrographis paniculate is more effective than cyclocytidine.Cytotoxicity test of the new eyedrops showed a negative result and imacctivational test confirmed that it has effective imagetivation on simplex herpes virus.
