摘要
本文报告27例接触镜巨乳头性结膜炎.男性10例.女性17例,平均年龄24岁.均为软性接触镜.戴镜史一年以上,双眼上睑病变.巨乳头1 mm 以上,其中8例进行了病理学检查,乳头由大量淋巴细胞和浆细胞聚集,有扩张的血管形成,基质层增厚,明显玻璃样变性。
The population of contact lens wearers are increasing in the recent years. The complications are also increasing.The most troublesome complication is giant papillary conjunctivitis (G P C).The G P C is a delayed type hypersensitivity.We study the conjunetival scraping under microscope to study the epithelial change and the immune cells.
