摘要
介绍了一种能在全负载范围内实现零电压开关的改进型全桥移相 ZVS—PWM DC/DC 变换器。在分析其开关过程的基础上,得出了实现全负载范围内零电压开关的条件,并将其应用于一台48V/6V 的 DC/DC 变换器。
An improved full bridge phase-shift ZVS-PWM DC/DC converter which can achieve ZVS in the range of any load condition is introduced. Based on the analysis of its switching course, the conditions of ZVS in the range of any load con- dition are given and applied to DC/DC converter of 48 V/6 V.
