摘要
大豆生殖生长各时期充分展开叶片的光合速率和叶片结构差异很大。鼓粒期叶片的光合速率、希尔反应活性、叶片厚度、单位叶面积及单位栅栏细胞中的叶绿体数目、叶绿体基粒的复杂程度、叶片可溶性蛋白质含量均高于结荚和盛花期的叶片,其中以结荚期的最低.单位叶面积光合速率的差异与叶片中栅栏细胞和叶绿体数目及叶绿体片层结构的复杂程度有关。这些结果从结构上解释了生殖生长各期光合活性的差异.
The fully expanded soybean leaves were different in their photosynthetic activitiesand structure during the reproductive growth stages.During the pod-filling stage,theleaf Pn,Hill Reaction activity,Leaf thickness,the number of chloroplasts per unitleaf area and palisade cell,the number of thylakoid lamellaes in grana and the con-tent of leaf soluble protein were greater than those during the flowering and thepod-setting stage.The values of the items mentioned above were the lowest during thepod-setting stage.The differences of Pn per unit leaf area were related to the numberof palisade cells,chloroplasts and grana thylakoid lamellaes.
