摘要
本文观察了光敏感核不育水稻农垦58S 在小孢子发生和发育过程中不育和可育花药的显微结构差异。结果表明,不育花药在小孢子母细胞时期和减数分裂期,药隔维管束无导管和筛管,在单核晚期,有分化较差的导管和筛管,其薄壁细胞发育不良或退化,鞘细胞皱缩,由绒毡层的细胞质构成的原生质团不解体。药隔维管束发育异常和绒毡层延迟解体使小孢子正常发育需要的营养物质供应受阻,这可能是造成小孢子败育的重要原因之一。
A photoperiod-sensitive genic male-sterile rice Nongken 58S (Oryza sativa L.japonica)has been found to be male-sterile under long day cycles (LD) and fer-tile in short day cycles (SD).Observation on microstructure in cross-sections ofLD-treated and SD-treated anthers showed:1.there were vessel elements and sievetubes in SD,but not in LD in vascular bundle of the anther septum at microsporemother cell stage and meiotic stage.2.Vessel elements,sieve tubes and paranchemacells developed poorly,sheath cells were wrinkled or out of shape in LD-treated an-thers at late uninueleate stage.3.In contrast to the SD treated anthers,protoplasmicmass composed of cytoplasm of tapetal cells in LD-treated anthers has not degradedat uninucleate stage.It is supposed that LD-induced active physiologically compounds have probablymulti-points of action,and abnormal alternations in the vascular bundle and tapetumtissue may reduce nutrient supplies to developing microspores in the LD-treated an-thers.This may be one of the reasons for sterility of the male-sterile mutant of rice.
