摘要
采用正交试验法对高能球磨制备纳米WC-Co复合粉的工艺参数进行了优化。试验表明,球料比为15:1、球径8 mm和12 mm的球比1:1,球磨介质为12 ml无水乙醇及球磨机转速为250 r/min,有利于细化WC-Co复合粉末。
In this paper, an orthogonal experiment is introduced to optimize the technological parameters of high energy ball milling on nanostructured WC-Co composite. It is of benefit to fineing of WC-Co composite that the ratio of ball to powder is 15:1, the ball diameter is 8 mm and 12 mm, absolute alcohol with low surface tension is used as grinding medium and its amount is 12 ml, and the milling speed is 250 r/min.
