摘要
中小企业存活率之低已经是一个普遍的现象,大部分中小企业创业失败的原因在于团队学习的障碍妨碍了组织的成长。基于此,本文提出了中小企业学习型创业团队概念,首先阐述构建学习型创业团队的重要性,进而重点探讨学习型创业团队模式构建,最后指出构建学习型创业团队应注意的问题。
It has been a general phenomenon that it is difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises to succeed. The obstacle of team learning has caused many medium-sized enterprises' failure. So in this paper, the author puts forward the idea of establishing the learning team of small and medium-sized enterprises. Firstly, it reveals the importance of constructing the learning team. Then it makes an analysis on the construction of learning team mode. Finally, it makes some suggestions on how to establish the learning team.
