摘要
全面建设小康社会 ,是当前我们亟待实现的根本目标和主要任务。而如何评价和把握全面小康建设的进程 ,又是摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。四川城镇居民的生活质量在全面小康社会的建设中不断提高 ,但目前还没有形成一个完整。
The all-round construction for well-to-do society is the basic goal and main undertaking by us. How to estimate and control the construction process is an important matter since we hadn't have a full-scaled scientific index system up-today, so that the description of the changes of living qualities and the goals in the future are still less effectively.
