摘要
在三维CAD软件SolidWorks中创建液压锥阀的三维模型 ,用有限元分析软件COS MOS/FloWorks对其进行静态分析 ,掌握锥阀阀腔内流体的流场流速分布及压力场分布情况 ,并根据有限元的计算结果 ,以阀芯的优化设计为例 ,介绍了用有限元对锥阀的优化设计过程。
Draw the three-dimensional model of the cone-valve of hydraulics with SolidWorks CAD software,then static analysis of the cone-valve is conducted with the COSMOS/FloWorks finite element analysis software.Based on the results that are given by visualizing pictures of the velocity and pressure field,in order to present the process of the finite element optimized design,the cone-valve core's structure optimized design process is given as an example.
