摘要
本文系统分析了1978年以来农业结构变化对劳动力就业结构变动、农业比较劳动生产率变化的相互关系,并以全国和4个典型的省区为例,利用对数线性函数模型,定量分析了农业内部结构变动对不同区域农业经济增长的影响,总结了我国农业结构调整的特点及存在问题,并提出了相应的建议。
On the basis of analyzing changes of labor employment,relative labor productivity and agricultural structure,the relationship between labor employment,productivity with agricultural structure adjustment was studied in this paper.The whole nation and four typical provinces were taken as examples to testify the real effect of the economics growth caused by the changes of agricultural structure by using the logarithmic function model.And characteristic of agricultural structure adjustment and the problems existing are probed.Finally,suggestions for sound agriculture structure adjustment are accordingly put forward.
