摘要
本文总结137例恼膜瘤中经再手术证实的复发性脑膜瘤16例,对其可能复发原因加以分析。同时对24例良性恼膜瘤周边局限性硬恼膜组织行肉眼及分块光镜检查,有阳性发现共18例。结果提示:影响脑膜瘤术后复发,可用肿瘤周边多灶性病变未广泛切除的理论来解释。并指出切除肿瘤周边硬脑膜的范围及硬脑膜缺损的处理意见。
Sixteen cases of recurrent menin-gioma proved by reoperation among a. group of 137 cases of meningiorna were reported and possible etiological factors for the development of recurrence were discussed. The local dura matter in different section on the periphery of the benign meningioma in 24 cases was examined grossly and microscopically. It was found that the most probable factor for the recurrence of the tumor might be due to inadequate resection of the tissue on the periphery of the main tumor mass where some seeding tumors were present. It was emphasized that the surgical resection should be adequate and include the dura on the periphery of the main tumor mass. The manangement for the dural defect was presented.
