煅烧高岭土制备X型纳米沸石分子筛试验研究 被引量:18

An experimental research on the preparation of nano-meter x-zeolite with calcined kaolin

摘要 采用水热合成法,以廉价易得煅烧高岭土为原料制备纳米沸石分子筛。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和电子透射显微镜(TEM)为手段,来考察反应体系碱度、晶化时间和搅拌速率等对煅烧高岭土制备X型纳米沸石分子筛的影响,寻求最佳的合成条件,合成出X型纳米沸石分子筛。 Nano-meter zeolite was preparated with low-price,nonpoison calcined kaolin by hydrothernal syn-thesis.With X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electronic microscope(TEM),the alkalinity,crystalline time,agitation rate of the reaction system on the preparation of nano-meter x-zeolite with calcined kaolin was observed.The optimal synthesic condition on the preparation of nano-meter x-zeolite was explored.
