摘要
对丁(Tincatinca)血液有形成分及血清无机盐进行了测定,实验结果显示:①血液有形成分:丁的红细胞计数为1.43×1012~5.90×1012/L,平均为3.11×1012/L;红细胞平均体积为67.52fL,红细胞压积平均为0.11%;白细胞计数为9.32×109~54.10×109/L,平均为33.84×109/L,其中白细胞淋巴球占白细胞的56.28%,中性白细胞占43.72%;血小板数量为103.72×109/L,血红素平均含量为121.18g/L。丁的红细胞具有体积小,数量多的特点,其血液可以携带更多氧分而能忍受水中较低的溶氧。血小板和白细胞淋巴球的含量远远高于本地鲤鱼或鲫鱼,这有利于丁的生长与抗病。②血清无机盐:丁血液平均含PO3-43.31mmol/L,K+11.11mmol/L,Na+125.23mmol/L,Cl-105.08mmol/L,Ca2+2.51mmol/L,Fe3+15.13mmol/L,Mg2+0.33mmol/L,CO(NH2)21.475mmol/L,其中K+和PO3-4的含量远远高出人的正常值。
Visible blood composition, serum inorganic salt of tench ( Tinca tinca) were investigated. Visible blood composition was detected by 'Cell-DYM-1400' auto blood analysis machine .The results were summarized as following: The red cell count was (1.43×10^(12)~5.90×10^(12))/L ,with an average of 3.11×10^(12)/L ; the volume of red cell was (57.00~85.00) fL,with an average of 67.52 fL; the content of white blood cell varied from (9.32×10^(9)~54.10×10^(9))/L, whose average was 33.84×10^(9)/L, neutrophil leucocyte was 43.72% and lymphball was 56.28%;the average content of thrombocyte and haem were 103.72×10^(9)/L and 121.18 g/L distinguishingly.The erythrocyte of tench have a characteristic of small volume and large quantitativeness,so the tench can tolerate lower oxygen of water for its blood can carry more oxygen.As the content of thrombocyte and lymphball of leucocyte of tench were far more than that of common carp as well as crucian carp,which were helpful for the fish to grow fast and to resist diseases.Test results of serum inorganic salt showed that PO^(3-)_4:(2.96~396) mmol/L , 3.31 mmol/L averaged; K^(+):(1.64~30.00) mmol/L, 11.11 mmol/L averaged; Na^(+): (117.10~131.40) mmol/L, 125.23 mmol/L averaged; Cl^(-): (102.00~109.30) mmol/L, 10508 mmol/L averaged; Ca^(2+):(2.32~2.73) mmol/L, 2.51 mmol/L averaged; Fe^(3+):(14.10~1590) mmol/L, 15.13 mmol/L averaged; Mg^(2+):(0.25~0.39) mmol/L ,0.33 mmol/L averaged; CO(NH_(2))_(2):(1.39~1.70) mmol/L ,1.48 mmol/L averaged ,among which the content of PO^(3-)_4 and K^(+) were more than that of human beings .
