摘要
就115例(217只限)糖尿病性视网膜病变的眼底荧光血管造影进行分析。发现46例(86只限)有视网膜内新生血管,集中发生在Ⅲ期以后。并就其表现形式,与视网膜前新生血管的关系进行了研究。认为视网膜内新生血管可以成为诊断糖尿病性视网膜病变增殖前期的标志,视网膜内界膜的健康状况是视网膜内新生血管转变为视网膜前新生血管的关健。
A study of fluorescein angiograph on 115 patients (217 eyes) with diabetic retinopathywas performed and analysed.The result showed that 46 cases (86 eyes) manifested intrare-tinal neovascularization (IRNV),which mainly occurred in diabetic retinopathy of stagesⅢ.Manifestation of IRNV and the relation between IRNV and pre-retinal neovascu-larization was studied.IRNV can be an index which diagnoses pre-proliferative diabeticretinopathy.A healthy internal limiting membrane may be the key that IRNV transformsonto pre-retinal neovascularization.
