数字减影血管造影在左-右分流型先天性心脏病诊断中的应用

摘要 自1987年至1991年我们对46例左-右分流型先天性心脏病患者同时进行了数字减影血管造影和心导管检查,其中男性19例。女性27例,年龄3.5~52岁,平均13.6岁.结果表明:数字减影血管造影诊断准确率较高,能发现左-右分流畸形并能测量分流的大小,所计算出的分流量大小与心导管结果有良好的相关(r=0.4142,P<0.01)。 Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and cardiac catheterizattion have been performed on 46 patients with left to right shunts congenital heart disease from 1987 to 1991, of whom 19 were males, and 27 females, ranging in age from 3.5 to 52 years with a mean of 13.6. A dose of 0.5-1.0 ml/kg 38%-50% urografin was injected into the cardiac chamber or great vessel for DSA. The results demonstrate that the diagnostic accuracy rate of DSA with surgical findings is higher, and that it can find out left to right shunt malformations and measure its size. The shunt size from the calculation of DSA was in favorable correlation with the cardiac catheterization, with r value being equal to 0.4, and P less than 0.01.
