摘要
司法现代化是法制现代化的一个基本环节和标志,作为司法现代化的职业表征,法官职业化是司法现代化的必然要求与先决条件,对司法现代化的实现有重要作用。我国法官职业化已取得一定成就但仍存在很多问题,应采取一定措施进一步推动我国法官职业化建设。
Modernization of judiciary is a basic link with and symbol of modernization of legal system and has important effect on its realization. As the professional appearance characteristic of modernization of judiciary, professionalism of judge is its inevitable request and precondition, and also has important effect on it. In this thesis the author analyses present conditions of the profession of judge in China,points out that it has acquired definite achievement but still in its preliminary period,and introduces conditions of professionalism of judge in some other countries. In the end,the author advances some reasonable proposals on how to push the construction of professionalism of judge in China.
