摘要
经皮穿刺下腔静脉球囊成形术治疗布一加综合征6例.男4例,女2例,年龄26～48岁,平均年龄37岁.其中膜性狭窄3例,节段性狭窄2例(1例并有膜性狭窄),完全性膜性梗阻1例.经血液动力学、下腔静脉DSA 造影及临床观察,治疗效果良好.下腔静脉—右房连续测压收缩压由0.3～3.5kPa 下降为0.狭窄段管径由0～8mm(平均4.0mm)恢复至12～19.8mm(平均15.1mm).患者临床症状改善,下肢浮肿消失.本文对经皮穿刺下腔静脉球囊成形术适应症、方法、效果及并发症进行了讨论.
Six cases with Budd-Chiari'ssyndrome treated by percutaneoustrasluminal angioplasty at ourinsti-tute,during the period of Novemb,er'1989 June,1990.There were 4 maleand 2 female with 26～48 years olds(mean age 37 years olds).Threecases showed membranous narrowand two cases showed segment narrowand other showed membranous obstru-ction of the inferior vena cava.Hemodynamic and inferior vena cavaangiographic finding were evaluatedbefore and after the procedure.Therewas a significant decrease in pressureradient across inferior vena cava toright atrial from 0.3～3.5 kPa(2～26.SmmHg)to 0.Increase inferior venacava cavity from 0～8mm to 12～19.2mm.The indication,procedure,factorsaffecting the results and complicati-ons were partinently discussed in thisarticle.
