摘要
本文对24例脑型血吸虫病的CT扫描进行了回顾性研究,19例(79%)CT 扫描显示脑血吸虫病变,另5例正常。CT 上脑部病变包括脑炎2例,脑梗塞2例,肉芽肿7例和脑萎缩8例,并对脑血吸虫病的CT 特征和定性诊断及分型进行了探讨.
The CT scans in 24 eases of cere-bral schistosomiasis were studied retro-spectively.CT scans in 19 eases(79%)showed abnormalities consistent withbrain involvement of schistosomiasis,while in other 5 cases were normal.Abnormalities visualized on CT,scansincluded encephalitis,(in 2 cases),in-farcts(in 2 cases),granulomas(in7cases)and brain atrophy(in 8 cases).The CT characteristics and qualitativediagnosis of cerebral schistosomiasisare discussed.
