热历史对结晶型双向拉伸薄膜性能的影响 被引量:2

THE INFLUENCE OF HEATING HISTORY ON THE PROPERTIES OF BIAXIAL ORIENTED FILM

摘要 介绍了不同的受热情况对结晶型工程塑料双向拉伸薄膜 [(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)、聚酰胺 (PA) ]性能的影响。热处理过程不仅可以消除体系的内应力 ,提高薄膜的结晶度 ,而且能使半晶聚合物晶型发生转变 ,从而提高制品的性能。 The relationship between the heating history and the properties of BOPET and BOPA films are introduced. Heat treatment can diminish the stress in the film,and increase the crystalline degree, meanwhile change the crystalline styles. It improves properties of film.
