摘要
本文报告8例纵隔生殖细胞癌,均位于前上纵隔并与胸腔内大血管融合固定。剖胸探查后,2例给予放疗,1例给予化疗,治疗效果比较满意。时间最长的1例放疗后6年仍健在,说明本肿瘤属于相对低度恶性和对放疗、化疗高度敏感性肿瘤。术前放疗既有利于鉴别诊断,又可提高手术切除率。本文结合文献,对纵隔生殖细胞癌的命名、来源、病理诊断及治疗进行讨论。
The article reports 3 cases of mediastinal germ cell carcinoma. The tumors all lined at the anterior-superior mediastinum and invaded the large vessels in the thorax. After thoracotomy, 2 cases were given radiotherapy and 1 case was given chemotherapy. The results of the treatment were well. One of the cases has lived for 6 years after radiotherapy. It shows that the tumor is lower malignancy and hypersensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Preoperative radio therapy is a method of differential diagnosis and may increase resection rate. Finally, the terminology, pathologic diagnosis and treatment of this tumor are discussed.
