摘要
本研究是对“基于相关性的病理切片图像的配准算法”的一种改进算法 ,以面结构特征作为模板 ,采用求配准度的方法寻求图像匹配。算法的速度较快 ,稳定性更高 ,在实验中取得了更为满意的配准效果。
A stitching algorithm of images was presented in this paper, which provides some improvements for 'an images registration algorithm of pathologic slices using relativity based'. The stitching algorithm takes area structure character as a model to stitch images, and uses the calculation method for registration'degree to find the matching of image. It is faster and more stable for this algorithm to stitch images. Some more satisfied mosaic results of the images have been achieved in the experiments.
