摘要
目的 探讨恙虫病并发心肌损害的临床特点。方法 对符合诊断标准的 35例恙虫病并发心肌损害的病人进行回顾性分析。结果 本组病例除具有恙虫病的临床特征外 ,同时有心脏扩大 (17 1% )、心力衰竭 (2 0 % )、心律失常 (6 5 7% )或心肌酶升高 (76 7% )等特点。结论 恙虫病病人并发心肌损害常见 ,在老年和婴幼儿中不易诊断 ,延误治疗可引起严重的心功能损害。
Objective To study the features of scrub typhus with complications of myocardial damage.Methods 35 cases accorded with diagnostic standards were analyzed retrospectively.Results Besides the clinical characteristics of scrub typhus,cardiomegaly(17.1%),heart failure(20%),arrhythmia(65.7%) and elevated cardiac enzyme(76.7%) were found in these patients.Conclusion Myocardial damage is quite commonly seen in patients with scrub typhus.It can not be diagnosed easily in the elderly and children,delay in treatment can cause sever cardiac lesion.
