摘要
目的 探讨胫骨平台骨折的治疗方法。方法 对 98例胫骨平台骨折 ,按照不同的骨折类型采用不同方式进行手术复位与内固定。结果 术后随访 78例 1～ 3年 ,全部达到骨性愈合 ,优良率 84 6 %。结论 CT扫描有助于全面评价骨折区域的整体情况 ;胫骨平台骨折关节面要达到良好复位 ,关键在于塌陷骨折块的复位方法及内固定物的正确应用。
Objective To investigate the selection of surgical method depending upon typs of tibial plateau fracture.Methods We studied the clinical data of 98 cases with the fracture of tibial plateau whom had been treated by opening reduction and internal fixation between 1998 and 2003.Results 78 cases were followed up for 1 to 3 years.84.6% excellent or good results were obtained.Conclusion The surgical treatment of the fracture of tibial plateau is difficult.CT scanning helps in evaluating the whole situation of the fracture preserved before operation.The appropriate reduction of collapsed fracture pieces and proper application to fixation materials assure that the articullar surface of tibial plateall get back to the nomal condition.
