摘要
目的 探讨医疗事故发生的原因、特点 ,以便能采取积极有效的预防措施 ,降低医疗事故发生率。方法 对 1997年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 8月 31日被原广东省医疗事故技术鉴定委员会鉴定为医疗事故的 30例案件进行分析。结果 医疗事故多发生在地级市医院和区医院 ;外科是医疗事故的高发科室 ,30例医疗事故中 ,外科 15例 (5 0 % ,15 / 30 )、妇产科 6例 (2 0 % ,6 / 30 ) ,儿科 5例 (16 .7% ,5 / 30 ) ,耳鼻喉科 2例 (6 .7% ,2 /30 ) ,计生和口腔各 1例 (3.3% ,1/ 30 )。结论 医疗风险较高的术科及地级市医院 ,应作为医疗事故风险防范的重点 ,加强防范教育。
Objective To investigate the cause and charactieristics of the medical negligence in order to inform active and effective prevention methods to reduce the incidence rate of medical negligence.Methods A total of 30 cases of medical negligence from January 1997 to August 31,2002 were studied.The medical negligences were identified by medical negligence-technical identification committee.Results Most of the medical negligences occurred in district unicipal hospitals.Of the 30 cases of the medical negligence,15 cases(50%) were the patients of surgery,6 occurred in departments of obstetrics and gynecology(20%,6/30),5 in pediatrics(16.7%,5/30),2 in ear-nose-throat department(6.7%,2/30),and 1 in the departments of birth control and stomatology(3.3%,1/30) respectively.Conclusion The operative departments and the district hospitals are the high risk units of medical negligence and should be considered as the priority nnits to strengthen the prevention education.
