摘要
研究了金叶女贞叶片的气孔特性;分析了树冠上、中、下三部位叶片气孔开度的日变化规律及其与光照、温度、湿度的关系。结果表明:金叶女贞叶片平均气孔密度为800个/mm2,平均纵径为19.2μm,平均横径为14.88μm。其气孔开度的日变化动态与光照、温度日变化动态基本一致,与湿度日变化动态相反。
The stoma's characteristics of L.vicaryi were studied .The daily changing of the stoma's opening degree of the leaves which lie in the upper ,middle and lower portion of the tree's crown and the relationship to the light, temperature and humidity were analyzed. The results showed that the average density of the stomas in the leaf of L.vicaryi is 800/mm^2,the average length of axis of the ordinate is 19.2μm,and the axis of abscissa, 14.88μm. The daily changing trends of the stomas' opening degree is basically synchronized with those of the light and temperature, but they are opposite to the humidity's.
