摘要
目的 为探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (LASIK )后弥漫性角膜基质炎 (DLK )的预防方法。方法 回顾分析了我院 1999年 3月以来施行的 6880眼LASIK ,其中 3 2 2 3眼BSS冲洗液中未加入地塞米松和庆大霉素 (对照组 ) ,3 65 7眼每 5 0 0mlBSS冲洗液中加入地塞米松 5mg和庆大霉素 4万u (治疗组 ) ,统计分析两组DLK发生率。结果 对照组发生DLK共计 91眼 ( 2 82 % ) ,其中有 7眼为 2级 ( 0 2 2 % )、 4眼为 3级 ( 0 12 % )。治疗组共计 11眼 ( 0 3 0 % ) ,仅 1眼为 2级( 0 0 3 % )。结论 LASIK中BSS液中常规加入地塞米松 5mg和庆大霉素 4万u行彻底瓣下冲洗可有效减少DLK的发生 ,方法简便易行。
Objective To explore the effect of the Prevention of diffus lamellar keratitis(DLK)after laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).Methods In 6880 eyes of myopia had undergone LASIK,3223 eyes (A group)had not given injection of dexamethasoni and gentamycin mixed in BSS,but 3657 eyes(B group)had been given injection of 5mg dexamethasoni and 40,000u gentamycin mixed in 500ml BSS.Results 91 eyes of DLK occurred in A group(2 82%),of which 7 eyes in 2 grade(0 22%)and 4 eyes in 3 grade(0 12%).11 eyes of DLK occurred in B group(0 30%),only one eye in 2 grade.Conclusions Injection of dexamethasoni and gentamycin mixed in BSS seems effective in the prevention frome DLK after LASIK,and the method is simple.
