摘要
目的 :观察利用超声技术进行一次性根管治疗的疗效。方法 :用超声法加逐步后退法交替应用进行根管预备 ,并一次完成治疗。结果 :治疗的 1 0 4颗患牙随访 92例共 92颗牙 ,无症状 74例 (80 .4 % ) ,轻中度反应 1 5例 (1 6 .3% ) ,重度反应 3例(3.3% )。结论 :采用超声技术应用于一次性根管治疗有效地降低了其术后急性反应 。
Objective:To observe the effect of the one off root canal therapy using ultrasonic technology.Methods:The ultrasonic technology was used to manage root canal enlargement and the treatment was completed at once.Results:In the 92 cases followed up,74 cases presented no symptom(80.4%),15 cases had light or medium reaction(16.3%)and 3 cases heavy reaction(3.3%).Conclusions:Using ultrasonic technology to treat one off root canal can greatly reduce the flare up after operation,and enlarge the scope for the one off root canal treatment.
