摘要
目的 :研究三氧化二砷 (As2 O3 )对黑色素瘤B1 6细胞端粒酶活性的作用 ,探讨砷及其化合物治疗黑色素瘤的作用机制 ,为其治疗黑色素瘤提供新的理论和实验依据。方法 :用TRAP ELISA和TRAP PAGE银染法检测黑色素瘤B1 6细胞 (简称B1 6)端粒酶活性。结果 :As2 O3 对黑色素瘤B1 6细胞端粒酶活性的抑制有明显的浓度和时间依赖关系。结论 :As2 O3 对黑色素瘤B1
Objective:To study the influence of arsenic trioxide(As 2O 3) on the telomerase activity in melanoma B 16 cells,so as to provide new theoretical and experimental basis for the treatment of melonoma by As 2O 3.Methods:The telomerase activity in melonoma B 16 cells was detected by TRAP ELISA and TRAP PAGE silver staining.Results:As 2O 3 could inhibit telomerase activity in melanoma B 16 cells and the rates of inhibition had both dose dependent and time dependent manner.Conclusions:The inhibition of B 16 cells by As 2O 3 is enhanced with the increase of As 2O 3 concentration or prolongation of co culture time.
