摘要
概述了大豆形态结构和生理生化性状的多样性 ,尤其从气体代谢角度看 ,大豆光合作用吸收CO2 ,呼吸作用吸收O2 ,共生固氮固定游离N2 ,根瘤菌氢酶 (HuP+ )吸收H2 ,是典型的四固定作物。新陈代谢的多样性决定其产品多样性。对大豆丰富的宝贵的种质资源进行研究和评价 ,发掘新的有用基因 。
This review summarizes the biodiversity of soybean in morphological and physiological traits. Soybean is a typical crop with four gaseous fixation types in gaseous metabolism. It may absorb CO 2 in photosynthesis and O 2 in respiration, fix N 2 through the symbiotic nitrogen fixation and use H 2 by rhizobium hydrogen enzyme (HuP +). The diversity of metabolism in soybean makes the multiplicity in soybean products。The further evaluation of soybean germplasm and exploration of new gene will promote the progress of soybean breeding and development of soybean products .
