摘要
我国铝土矿资源丰富 ,但矿石中含有较多的二氧化硅脉石成份 ,矿石的铝硅比较低 ,无法用能耗低、工艺简单的拜耳法来处理这些中低品位矿石 ,为此国内开发了选矿———拜耳法这一新的氧化铝生产工艺。但铝土矿选矿过程中要产出约占原矿 2 0 %的选尾矿 ,这些尾矿的堆存将占用大量土地 ,污染堆场周边环境 ,同时尾矿中还含有较多有用矿物成份 ,因此选尾矿的综合利用问题急待解决。本文介绍了用选尾矿生产复合吸水材料的实验室研究结果。研究表明 ,用选尾矿生产复合吸水材料具有利用率高 ,生产成本低 ,生产过程中不产生“三废”等优点 。
The bauxite in our country is resourceful, but the impurity content of SiO 2 in bauxite is higher and the A/S is lower. The middle or low grade bauxite is unfit to be dealt with Bayer process. So the new process named Bauxite beneficiation bayer is come out and is studied. But the process of bauxite beneficiation produces lots of gangue about 20% bauxite's weight. To pile the gangue needs lots of field and the surrounding is polluted, while there are some useful minerals in the gangue, so it is necessary to study the ways to make full use of the gangue. The paper is to study of absorption water compound material produced from gangue. The research shows that the process to produce absorption water material in gangue has these virtues such as the rate of gangue utilization is higher and there is no waste to be discharged during producing process.
