问号钩体粘附侵袭相关基因特征分析 被引量:2

摘要 使用NCBI ,Swissprot/TrEMBL ,ProDom ,Pfam ,Tmpred ,SignalP ,ClustW等网络资源和软件 ,根据问号钩体黄疸出血型赖株粘附侵袭相关基因诠释结果 ,对mce ,invA ,mviN和atsE四个粘附侵袭相关基因编码蛋白的结构域、跨膜区域和信号肽等进行了详细分析 ,并使用Bioedit,Mega2软件进行氨基酸多重序列比较并绘制系统发生树。结果显示 ,mce和mviN为穿膜蛋白 ,invA和atsE为菌体内蛋白质 ;许多对哺乳动物和对植物致病的微生物具有mce ,invA ,mviN和atsE四个粘附侵袭相关基因 ,其表达的蛋白质在感染宿主过程中起重要作用 ,钩体的粘附侵袭相关蛋白与它们在一级结构上有较高相似性。据生物信息学结果推测 ,问号钩体黄疸出血型赖株粘附侵袭相关基因和钩体致病性间有密切关系 。 Based on the annotation result of whole genome sequencing of adhesion and invasion related genes of Leptospira interrogans serovar. icterohaemorrhagiae serotype lai and using on line database of NCBI,Swisssprot/TrEMBL,ProDom,Pfam,Tmpred,SignalP,ClustW detailed analysis on encoded protein structural domains,transmembrane regions,signal peptide of four adhesion and invasion related genes,i.e.mce,invA,mviN,and atsE were carried out.Software of Bioedit,Mega2 was also used to compare the multiple sequence of amino acid and to draw the phylogenetic tree.The results showed that mce and mivN are transmembrane protein,and invA and atsE are protein inside the thallus.Many microbes that pathogenic to mammals and plants possess four adhesion and invasion related genes of mce,invA,mviN and atsE,and their expressed protein play important role in the process of infection of the host,and there are higher similarities between adhesion and invasion related protein and primary structure.According to the bioinformatic results,it could infer that there are close relations between adhesion and invasion related genes of L.interrogans serovar. icterohaemorrhagiae serotype lai and pathogenicity of Leptospira spp. And their encoded protein might play important role in the pathogenic process.
