摘要
采用问卷调查等方法对大学生课外活动内容,体育课内外一体化教学的认知态度,以及开展此项教学需要注意的问题等进行调查分析。研究表明:当前大学生课外活动表现出“静多动少”的状态,课外体育锻炼存在的松散、无序化状态未能得到有效改变,低年级学生还没有形成固定的运动模式。因此,高等学校开展体育课内外一体化教学,课外体育锻炼纳入体育课成绩评定,得到广大学生的支持与认同。
An investigation was conducted on the out-of-school sport activities of undergraduates, their
understanding of integration of activities in and out of the PE lesson and the some noticeable problems of
operating this teaching project. The study shows that the present characters of undergraduate out-of
school sport activities are still more immobile than moving, the relaxation and sophomore hope to have
fixed sport items and identify with the PE grade involving the out--of school sport activities.So, inte-
grating the activities of in and out of PE lesson and involving the grade of out-of-school in the achieve-
ment of college PE lessons education are identified with most students.
