摘要
中国入世之后,面对全面开放的世界,WTO“法典”对现行的行政管理制度、观念、方式形成极大冲击,同时,也对现行教育理念与模式带来了新的挑战,作为可持续发展的特殊资源——学校体育,必须正视入世后可能出现的各种考验。尤其是来自道德与法制方面的挑战,会愈来愈深刻。如何树立健康的道德观念,提高法制意识,减少法律纠纷,这正是学校体育不可回避的新课题。
China is entering at the door of WTO whose statute book is bound to bring a great compact
and challenge on Chinese current administration systems as well as the viwpoints and patterns on educa-
tions. In an open world, facing the challenge from morals and legality, we think it is an unavoidable
problem for modern education how to guide the students to set up the healthy moral concept, increase
legal idea and reduce legal troubles.
