摘要
简要报道了近年来中德两国古生物工作者研究滇西保山施甸地区泥盆系的若干进展,包括岩石地层单位的重新厘定;晚志留世至早石炭世牙形石生物带及组合的建立;具有重要生物地层价值的笔石、腕足、棘皮等动物群的新发现;以及泥盆系顶、底界和内部各统之间界线的讨论。
This paper is a brief report of cooperation activties attended by paleontologists of P R Chinaand Federal Republic of Germany. These activities have been conducted since 1985 in Baoshan-Shidianarea, W-Yunnan, China. The advances of the Devonian study in this area are the rearrangement of thelithostratigraphic units, the establishment of 17 conodont zones and faunas going through from the lateSilurian to early Carboniferous, the new discoveries of graptolites, brachiopods, trilobites and other fos-sil groups which are biostratigraphically very important, and the discussions on the base and the top ofDevonian and the boundaries between the series within the system.
