摘要
国内外学者对于土地质量指标体系的研究由来以久,或者从土地的自然属性入手,或者从土地的经济属性着眼[1]。文章借助生产函数,把土地的自然属性和经济属性相结合,模拟土地质量因子和土地总产出之间的函数关系,选择最优的拟合,得出特定区域的土地质量指标体系,并以冀州市为例,简单分析了其应用和存在的问题。
It's long since the scholars have studied the land quality indicators system. Some of them studied it based on the land's natural feature, others on the economic feature. Few of them gave consideration to both the natural feature and the economic feature. This paper, connecting the natural feature and the economic feature, simulates the function between the factors of the land's quality and its output, consulting the C—D function. Then, example for Jizhou city in Hebei province ,the applied prospect is simply analysed.
