摘要
构建了中国区域信息发展水平评估指标体系,采用因素分析与聚类分析相结合的综合集成评估方法,对我国31个省级区域信息发展能力进行了科学评估及比较,同时提出了加速区域信息化、培育和提高区域信息发展水平的对策措施。
This paper constructs a set of evaluating index system of regional information development competence, and uses synthetical compositive evaluating methods for combination of factor analysis and cluster analysis, the authors evaluates and compares the regional information development competence of 31 provincial regions in China. At the same time, some measures of the promoting the regional informatizing and cultivating and enhancing the regional development competence are put forward.
