摘要
中小企业群的成长在国外老工业基地改造过程中发挥了重要作用。文章密切结合我国老工业基地形成背景、现状特征、发展机制的具体国情,分析了东北老工业基地中小企业群的"立地"环境、在未来东北老工业基地改造的作用和发展存在的主要问题与限制性因素,提出了中小企业群的可能生长点,并拟定了未来发展的对策措施。
The shaping of mid-small enterprise cluster has improved the rebuilding of the foreign old Industrial base notably. Combining the forming background,current situation characteristic, developing mechanism of the northeast old Industrial base in our country, the article analyses the 'stand ground' environment of mid-small enterprises cluster and its function for transforming the northeast old industrial base, summarizes its main problems and restrictive factors, puts forward its possible growing points, and draws the countermeasure for its development in the future.
