摘要
该文从分析内蒙古药用资源状况及开发现状入手,指出内蒙古医药产业以"围绕1个核心、抓住3个重点、构筑2个平台"为中蒙药产业发展的总体思路。以资源和中蒙药优势为核心;在中蒙药材种植上,重点开展甘草、黄芪、麻黄、肉苁蓉、沙棘种植基地建设;在产品开发上选择心脑血管疾病、消化系统疾病、风湿类疾病、妇科疾病等为主要研究方向,进行中蒙药的二次开发;重点形成以呼和浩特市、包头、伊盟(鄂尔多斯市)为主的金三角地区的生物药及其制剂生产基地和以赤峰地区为主的原料药及其制剂生产基地,同时组成7个医药集团;构建中蒙药技术支撑平台和中蒙药产业服务平台。
Based on the analysis of Chinese traditional medicine resources in Inner Mongolia, the strategies for medicine industry development in Inner Mongolia are pointed out. It suggests that Chinese traditional medicine industry development in Inner Mongolia should make full use of resource advantage. On planting Chinese Mongolian herbs, emphases are put on developing planting bases of Glycyrrhizae, Radix Astragali, Herba Ephedrae, Cistanche deserticola Ma, Seabuckthorn., such as Glycyrrhizae base in the city of Yimeng( Ererduosi), Herba ephedrae base in the city of Huhehaote, Radix Astragali base in Baotou, Herba Cistanchis base in Alashanmeng. On the development of product, products concerning heart- brain vessel diseases, digestive system diseases, rheumatism diseases, women diseases should be chosen as main research projects to further develop Chinese Mongolian medicine; the predominant task is to form two producing bases: biological medicine and its preparation base in golden triangle among Huhehaote, Baotou and Yimeng, material medicine base in Chifeng, meanwhile, build up seven medicine groups, that is to build biology pharmacy enterprises in the nucleus of Suangqi, Shengyuan and Pangu; to construct Chinese traditional medicine groups in the nucleus of Chifeng group; to build Tongliao Mongolia group in the nucleus of Tongliao Mongolia medicine co,Ltd.; to build health protection medicine group in the nucleus of Alashanmeng group or Hongmao group; to build western animal medicine in the nucleus Jingyu biology in the city of Huhehaote; to build plant pesticide group in the nucleus of Bameng sci-tech and sci-develop group; to build feedstuff additive group in the nucleus of Jinghe group; among others, technique-supporting and serving-the-industry platforms for Chinese Mongolian medicine need to be constructed. The construction of Chinese Mongolia medicine technology platform includes the base research platform and the person training platform.
