摘要
单螺杆压缩机是一种新型的容积式压缩机。星轮和螺杆组成的啮合副是决定这种压缩机性能的关键件。因此,单螺杆啮合副问题一直是人们研究的主要问题。本文分析研究了啮合副必须满足的三个性能——气密性,动力润滑性及加工工艺性。设计单螺杆压缩机啮合副时,具有一定的参考价值。
A Monoscrew Compressor is a new type of the Volume Compressor. The Meshing Pair is the key part to determine the performance of this kind of the Compressor. Therefore, the problem of the Meshing Pair is the main issue that people have been studying all the time. The Three Important Characteristics of the Meshing Pair —— the airproof, the profile and hydrodynamic lubrication and the machining technology is analyzed researched. This has a certain reference value for the design of the Meshing Pair on the Monoscrew Compressor.
