糖尿病肾病中nephrin及其与RAS关系的研究进展
摘要
nephrin定位于足突细胞裂隙隔膜 ,是维持肾小球滤过屏障结构和功能完整性的关键分子 ,其基因突变导致先天性肾病综合征 ,人类某些获得性蛋白尿肾脏疾病与其异常表达有关。研究发现糖尿病肾病nephrin异常表达和重分布与蛋白尿 /白蛋白尿产生有关联 ,阻滞肾素 血管紧张素系统 (RAS)可恢复nephrin的正常表达。
