摘要
给载艾氏腹水癌小鼠腹膜腔内注射血卟啉衍生物(HPD)后,用荧光和光学显微镜检查癌细胞和肝、肾细胞的荧光,激光照射后用电子显微镜观察癌细胞的光敏效应。实验结果表明,三种细胞的荧光和癌细胞光敏效应均可证实细胞浆中比细胞核含有更多的HPD。
After hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD) was given intraperitoneallyto the mice bearing Ehrlich ascites tumor (EAT) the HPD fluorescence emitted from mice liver and renal cells and the EAT cells were examined by light and fluorescence microscope. Photodynamic effect in the EAT cells was observed with electron microscopy. The fluorescence emitted from these three kinds of cells and the photodynamic effect in the EAT cells showed more concentration of the HPD in cytoplasm than in cell nuclei
