摘要
研究了一种基于PC机的多路信号处理机制,建立了数学模型进行实时自适应处理。系统采用了先进的4路数据处理,提高了测温仪系统的测温精度和速度。经过实际试用,当测温范围在800~1300℃时,系统测温误差小于0.5%。
A PC-based multichannel signal processing method was introduced. Through setting up a mathematic model this method can do a real-time self-adjusting process. Because of the advanced guadruplex system, the accuracy and speed of the thermometer are increased. The relative error of system is 0.5% when the temperature of target ranging between 800°C and 1300°C.
