摘要
英国衡平法在世界法律体系中占有特殊的地位,研究其起源对现代法律的发展有重大的意义。本文主要分为二大部分,第一部分介绍了衡平法的概况;第二部分介绍了英国衡平法产生的四大原因。
Equity play a special role in the world legal system. The research for the derivation of Equity is important to the development of the current laws. The description of the derivation of equity in this article include three parts. The first part is accounted about what equity is. The second part is accorted aboutwhat the four reasons that Equity. Finally, the third part is accounted about what the characters of Equity.
