摘要
党的十六大报告,第一次把“发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明”确定为全面建设小康社会的重要目标。新修改的十六大党章和宪法也做出了建设社会主义政治文明的决定。这是我们党对社会主义的再认识,反映了中国社会的发展和国家政治生活的进步。本文从历史与现实、世界与中国的对照分析中,指出继续推进政治体制改革,建立以宪法为核心的民主政治,是实践社会主义政治文明的必由之路。
From the 16th Congress Report we know that the CCP aims at 'development of socialist democracy, costruction of socialist politics civilization' to build well-off society fully. And so it is with the party constitution and nationalconstitution. All these reflect our party' s reunderstanding of socialism and ad vancement of our society and politics life. This article points out that the construction of constitutional democracy is the inevitable way of the practice of socialist politics civilization.
