摘要
介绍了航空发动机用 2 5Cr3MoA合金棒材的研制情况。结果表明 :采用电弧炉→电渣重熔→锻造开坯→锻造或轧制成材→缓冷→退火的生产工艺路线可生产出化学成分精确、高纯洁度、高均匀性、高致密度和性能优良的 2 5Cr3MoA合金棒材。各项检验结果均满足技术条件 ,达到了航空发动机用材的要求。
The development of alloy bar 25Cr3MoA for aero-engine was introduced.The test results show that the application of chart of productive process of EAF→ESR→forging and blooming→forging or rolling→slower cooling→annealing can produce alloy bar 25Cr3MoA with accurate chemical composition,high purification, high uniformity,high soundness and high performance.Various test results were satisfied for prescribed technical conditions,and achieved requirements for material of aero-engine.
