摘要
本文针对目前开关电源向小型化、轻型化、薄型化方向发展的趋势,介绍了平面集成磁件的概念,研究了种用于DC-DC变换器的LLC谐振变换器,在集成磁件通用模型的基础上分析了用于LLC谐振变换器的磁件集成,并设计了一个集成磁件。为了进一步减少集成磁件的高度和体积,本文又研究了平面集成磁件具体的设计方法,把该集成磁件转化成了平面集成磁件,并对转换前后的磁件做了电磁场仿真,结果表明转换前后磁件损耗也将减小。这样,就达到了进一步减小磁件体积、重量和高度的目的。
Following the developing trend towards small,light and thin device on switching power supply at the present time,planar integrated magnelics concept is introduced in this thesis.A LLC resonant convertor on DC/Dc conversion is investigated,and a integrated magnetic structure is analyzed based on the general model.Furthermore,the method of designing planar integrated magnetics is derived which can be used to reduce farther volume,weight and height of magnetics.Finally,by simulating,the result is that the wastage of the core also decreases.So the purpose reducing volume,weight and height is achieved.
