摘要
随着经济的发展与生活方式的转变,我国印染废水水质发生了很大变化,大多数印染企业的废水处理工程已不能满足处理要求,改造工作势在必行。以典型印染废水处理工艺——物化与A/O组合工艺为基础,针对每一处理单元进行技术挖潜探讨。最后对江苏某印染企业进行了工艺改造的实证分析,结果表明改造工艺具有可操作性强、成本低、去除率高、运行稳定等优点。
The constitution of printing and dyeing wastewater becomes complicated more and more with the economical development especially the retrofit of clothing styles, also the existing wastewater treatment facilities become helpless beyond the rigorous wastewater discharge standard. Every unit operation of a traditional facility composes of physico-chemical and A/O processes treating printing and dyeing wastewater in an enterprise in Jiangsu Province is investigated and a program of technical reform is planned to exploit their potential capacities. The reform has been implemented successfully with fair results, and it is high efficient, low expenses and reliable performance.
